Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. The change takes effect immediately and the prorate is calculated automatically.
What happens at the end of the 7-day trial?
No credit card is required to start. At the end of the 7 days, you choose to continue by activating a payment method, otherwise your workspace is suspended with no charge. No surprise automatic billing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Orange Money, MTN, Wave, Moov, Celtis, Pawapay, Flutterwave, Hub2, Djamo, plus bank cards via Stripe. All managed through our payment partner Orqex, built for Africa.
Are there hidden fees or surprise limits?
No. All prices are shown in USD, with no setup fees or hidden costs. Each plan's limits are clearly stated on this page. If you're approaching a limit, we notify you before any block.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation is a one-click action from your dashboard. You keep access to your workspace until the end of the current period and your data remains recoverable for 30 days after termination.
